What happens when I contact the Student Hub?
1. Tell us what you need – contact us in person in the library, give us a call: +44 (0) 1752 587676 or send us an email: studentservices@plymouth.ac.uk. You don’t need to know which service is right for you, we can help with that.
2. We’ll take the time to understand what you need and help you find the right support, whether that’s advice from us or connecting you with another University service or an external provider.
3. If we’re unable to answer your enquiry ourselves – we may refer you to a specialist team who will get in touch with you directly.

Our Disability Inclusion team can help explore adjustments and practical ways to support your study if you have a health condition, impairment, or disability.
Advice and support for students who hold a visa, or other immigration permission, to study or live in the UK.
Receive advice from the Student Finance Team about student loans, grants, and extra financial support.
